After successful payment you will receive an email with simple and clear instructions.
How long it takes to receive the design assets?
It takes between 1 to 7 working days before you receive the assets. You have also two revisions available.
If you don’t like the final work we can refund your original order. If a refund takes place we retain the full authorship and ownership of the assets.
After you accept the final design and receive ready to use and print files it takes up to 40 days before we send you the Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign native files (.psd, .ai, .eps, .indd) and the full license.
Can I re-distribute, resell or modify the final assets?
You can redistribute, resell and modify the assets as you wish and claim ownership.
Are you going to use the final assets on other projects?
Each design we serve is unique and created on demand. We will not redistribute the final assets in their original form. We only retain the right to use the preview images to showcase our work.
What is the difference between custom services and exclusive design assets?
Exclusive design assets including visual identity kits and logos are pre-made designs. Custom design services are unique and created on demand.
