How long it takes to receive the design assets?
It takes between 5 to 7 working days for normal priority and 1-3 days for high priority projects. Two revisions for normal priority projects and five revisions for high-priority projects.
If you don’t like the final work we can refund 70% of your original order. If a refund takes place at any time all rights transfer back to us.
Can I re-distribute, resell or modify the final assets?
You can redistribute, resell and modify the assets as you wish and claim ownership.
Are you going to use the final assets on other projects?
Each design we serve is unique and created on demand. We will not redistribute the final. We only retain the right to use the preview images to showcase our work.
What is the difference between custom services and exclusive design assets?
Exclusive design assets including visual identity kits and logos are pre-made designs. Custom design services are made on demand.
