Commercial License (Templates)

This license allows you to use our design templates downloaded on Pixfiniti.com for personal or commercial projects. You can modify our resources to your liking to fit into your project, we are however not legally liable for any misuse of our resources. Attribution is not required.

What you CAN DO
– Use in multiple personal or commercial projects.
– You may alter and create derivative works.
– Remix, transform and build upon the material.

What you CAN NOT DO
– You cannot redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer our resources to any third party.
– You cannot upload our resources to another website or media-sharing tool.
– Hotlinking is not allowed. You cannot make a direct link to the download files hosted on our website.

Exclusive Graphics License

This license allows you to use purchased contents downloaded from our website Pixfiniti.com for unlimited
personal and commercial projects. Attribution is not required. The right to re-sell to end customers and use the design files as your own.
You retain the right to claim ownership of the design files but not authorship. We will not use these design files in their original form for future projects.
We only retain the right to the preview images and we may use them to showcase our work but not sell them. To resell or sub-license the design files you have to create new previews. We transfer to you the design files but not the previews.

This license allows you to use purchased on-demand contents served from our website Pixfiniti.com for unlimited
personal and commercial projects. Attribution is not required. The right to re-sell to end customers and use the design files as your own.
You retain the right to claim ownership of the design files but not authorship. We will not use these design files in their original form for future projects.

What are Licenses?

When you download a design from our website, you get a license to use that item. Some items have several options for licenses, depending on what you plan to do with the item.

Can I use a logo I purchased here as my company’s logo?

If you purchase a Commercial License, you may use a logo or set as part of your logo, as long as the designs are modified. However, you must disclaim the asset if registering for Trademark protection, and you may not enforce any rights on the design assets.

If you purchase an Exclsuive Graphics License, you may use a logo or set as part of your logo without further changes. You CAN also register the final logo for Trademark protection.

Can I use a graphic in my product’s label or print packaging?

Our licenses allows you to create and print unlimited projects. If you purchase the graphic(s) under the Commercial license (Templates), your packaging or label must be different than the original asset(s).

Are there limits on how many times I can use a purchased design asset(s)?

Commercial License: Unlimited personal or commercial projects as long as the final design(s) are modified.
Exclusive Graphics License: Unlimited personal or commercial projects.
Custom Services License: Unlimited personal or commercial projects.

Reserved Rights

We reserve the right to make changes to these ‘license terms and conditions’ without any prior notice at our sole discretion. Any such changes will reflect on this page.
